LITTLE MAN DIRECT WHOLESALE TERMS

 

Minimum Order Requirements

First order minimum is $250, reorder minimum is $100.

 

PAYMENT

All orders are prepaid in full before shipment. A current credit card must be on file before production begins. We accept most major business cards and business checks payable to Little Man. Buyer pays standard shipping and handling costs.

SHIPPING

Unless noted, Little Man ships all orders via UPS or USPS, choosing the most cost effective of the two. We receive tracking for every shipment, however Little Man is not responsible for any carrier delays or for lost or stolen boxes in the shipping process. If you wish to insure your package, please let us know at time of order placement and we will add this fee to the shipping cost. Please contact the studio to request a rush order.

DROP SHIPPING

Drop shipping available upon request. A drop shipping fee applies.

ESTIMATED PRODUCTION TIME

Wholesale orders are ready for shipment in 2 to 4 weeks depending on the size and time of year.

We make every effort to ship as soon as possible. "Good things come to those who wait" is very

PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION

We accept customization requests.

RETURNS, DAMAGES, AND REPAIRS

Your order is handmade for you and your customers, therefore there are no returns unless the merchandise is defective. Should this occur, we will gladly exchange or credit your account.

ZIP CODE EXCLUSIVITY

On occasion, we are asked to keep exclusivity with stores that want to be the sole buyers for our products. At this time we do not offer exclusives, but we are very mindful of the proximity of shops within any given zip code. Little Man offers such a wide variety of prints and styles that we are often able to serve our customers without any overlap in inventory.
